Customer Responsibility Agreement

1. Puppy Safety:
I understand that I am responsible for handling the puppy with care. I will not allow the puppy to fall, jump from a height, or be put in a situation that could cause harm or injury.

2. Supervision:
I will ensure that all individuals in the room are closely supervised when interacting with the puppy, including children.

3. Injury Waiver:
I understand that puppies are animals that may scratch or bite during play or handling. I agree that Petland Miami is not responsible for any injuries, scratches, bites, or damages caused by the puppy during interaction.

4. Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that interacting with animals carries inherent risks. By choosing to interact with the puppy, I accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from this activity.

Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Petland Miami, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of my interaction with the puppy.

4. Aceptación de Riesgos:
Reconozco que interactuar con animales conlleva riesgos inherentes. Al elegir interactuar con el cachorro, acepto toda la responsabilidad por cualquier consecuencia que pueda surgir de esta actividad.

Exención de Responsabilidad

Por la presente libero y eximo de toda responsabilidad a Petland Miami, sus propietarios, empleados y afiliados por cualquier lesión, daño o pérdida que pueda ocurrir durante o como resultado de mi interacción con el cachorro.
