We at Petland recently brought our cute puppies to the Southwest Focal Point Senior Center for puppy therapy. We are honored to have been invited to meet with our friends and community at the center and bring smiles to their faces.

As part of their goal to make a difference in the lives of their patients, the Southwest Focal Point Senior Center continually invites us for puppy therapy sessions. Puppy therapy may not seem like much, but it has a vast number of benefits to a person’s health.

Just by petting, playing, and spending time with our sweet and gentle pups, patients can increase their self-esteem, improve social interactions, and alleviate stress. What makes puppy therapy successful every time we are invited is our social and friendly pups.

Our puppies want nothing more than to play and cuddle with their friends! This eagerness to spend time around others comes from our own efforts to socialize every puppy at an early age.

We always love our puppy therapy sessions at the center. To be given the opportunity to help others lets us achieve our mission to empower our community. We also love the center’s love and respect for each of our puppies and team member. 

We especially look forward to another puppy therapy session at the Southwest Focal Point Center. Their support gives us a chance to keep doing we love with our puppies!
